Timothy Keenan is Co-Founder, President, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of High Performance Technologies, Inc. (HPTi), headquartered in Reston, Virginia. As President, Keenan has overall strategic and operational responsibility for HPTi's initiatives in developing extreme systems technologies. As one of the original founders of HPTi, he has helped to develop and grow its culture into a dynamic combination of creative design and disciplined execution. Keenan is adept at new business development and program planning for entrepreneurial organizations and is an acknowledged expert in program capture and competitive strategy development. With over 30 years of technical and managerial experience in the design, development, and integration of leading-edge systems for the federal marketplace, Keenan is consistently sought after to participate in industry studies of large mission-critical software-intensive systems. He is also singled out for his insights into acquisition streamlining.

Keenan graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration from Ohio State University and earned his M.B.A. in MIS/Finance from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville.
